 We really enjoy sitting down with our prospective clients (or doing a virtual video call with our out-of-town clients) to get to know you on a personal level. We love learning about what is important to you in your new home and design (if it's needed). If you already have a plan, we can price that out and would love to be your builder.

We decided against a fancy model home because we don't want our clients paying for it! Model homes never really reflect what MOST builders are quoting you, anyways. What we offer is a free design tour and consultation so you can get a great feel of what products and services go directly into our upfront pricing. 

We offer the most aggressive price points on the market and we are willing to back that up.

If you already own land, we would welcome the opportunity to meet out at your property and walk it with you. We can discuss your vision and the best placement and potential design concepts for your future home.

If you do not have land but are currently in the market...give us a shout! We may have current lots available we can do custom plans on or even put one of our pre-planned designs on for a quicker turnaround! 

In either scenario, we will use our expertise to look at several factors that can help save you time, energy, and costs on your build.  

At Whiskey Barrel Homes, we offer full plan design services with a quicker turn-around time! Revising our current plans takes about 2-4wks and we can design a full custom home as quickly as 6-8wks!

 Our design specialists and architects can take your vision and ideas and help turn them into a reality.  We will be part of the entire design process and offer our expertise on how to stay on your targeted budget while getting the most bang for your buck.  

If you already have plans, we welcome you to contact us for a solid price for construction. Will be more than happy to look them over and price them out for you. 

We LOCK in  Prices at contract! We do NOT have any escalation clauses in our contracts. And our prices will NOT change during construction of your home. We don't have hidden fees!
