Register Your Client
Submit your client's information through our realtor contact form to introduce us to your client and also to protect your referral and lock in your commission.
We Handle the Build Process
From homesite selection to floor plan customization and construction, our team guides your client every step of the way — you stay in the loop without doing the heavy lifting.
Get Paid at Slab Pour
Unlike most builders who pay at closing, we pay your full 3% commission at slab pour — so you're not waiting months to receive your commision.
Earn Your Bonus
Each referral within a 12-month period stacks your bonus — $2,500, $4,000, then $7,500 for every referral after that. The more you send, the more you earn.
